Useful information for your holidays
Check-in and check-out
Your room will be ready for you after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10 a.m.
On request and subject to availability, you can take advantage of our early check-in service. Start your holiday with a Slow Food Travel breakfast and enjoy a short hike as soon as you arrive. In the meantime, we will take care of your room and luggage. Please enquire at booking whether this offer is available for your day of arrival.
Holidays with your dog
Upon request, you may bring your dog to our hotel. Select room categories are provided for this purpose. Please let us know when you submit your enquiry, and we will put together a suitable offer for you. Please note that we charge €15 per dog and day without food.
Booking conditions
The local tax of €2.20 per person (18 and older) is charged on site.
When making a reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the booking price. We reserve the right to charge a processing fee of €30 for the return of the deposit.
Please provide your name, reservation number, and arrival date for easy identification.
With your reservation, you accept the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry.
Children’s rates
With two full-paying guests in a family room, we offer the following discounts for children:
- Up to 3.9 years: 100% discount
- 4 – 5.9 years: 60% discount
- 6 – 12.9 years: 40% discount
- 13 – 14.9 years: 20% discount
Adjusted cancellation conditions
Trip cancellations are never fun for anyone. Please inform us in writing in good time if something gets in the way of your holiday plans.
These are our cancellation conditions, adapted to the current Covid-19 situation:
- Up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge. The deposit will be refunded minus a processing fee of €30.00.
- From 7 days before arrival: 90% of the booking price
Up to 5 days before arrival, you have the possibility to postpone your holiday free of charge. However, any deposit paid will be retained as confirmation of the booking.
Travel insurance
To ensure that you are financially protected in the event of cancellation or interruption in your trip, we recommend the reliable travel insurance provided by Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
